College Degree or experience equivalent Federal proposal writing experience Other Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook Demonstrable IT product, contract and customer knowledge Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong attention to detail and follow-up Deadline focused and ability to work under time constraints Strong organizational skills required Working knowledge of Federal procurement regulations.
