Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist Berenschot is looking for Senior Experts in Monitoring and Evaluation for an anticipated project in Iraq. The Role: - Four-year project - Monitoring, evaluation and audit of projects of Capacity Building and Good Governance, Human Rights and Democracy, Elections, Reconstruction, Health, Civil Society. The Candidate: - Iraqi national or able to blend in the local culture easily - Significant experience in project management, evaluation and monitoring - Fluency in Arabic and English Language is required - At least 10 years of professional experience - Excellent knowledge of funding procedures of EuropeAid, UN and World Bank.
