Maintenance Supervisor-Karada This position is a working supervisor position that may be assigned to supervisor all or a portion of the following under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. - Maintaining the electrical network and recover any damage in cables and outlets/switches. - Responsible for specific task completion in a timely and accurate manner directed by the supervisor. - Must record and report time as indicated by supervisor. - Maintain the electrical generation systems and monitor the electrical load distribution of the electrical generators. - Maintain and repair all plumbing systems with the building and outside connections - Repair damaged or worn out mechanical systems in all facilities. - Maintain, repair and install AC units. - Maintain the local telephone system and the cable TV systems. - Manage the operation of the chiller systems in the hotels and monitor their performance 24 hours per day. - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
