Senior expert for procurement Basrah General requirements: •English language - (not lower than Intermediate). •Occupational work experience - not less than 5 years. •Free user for MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Education (higher): •Economic, engineer-and-economic or management of industrial and commercial activities. Special expertise and skills: •Knowledge of primary range of products, works and services (PWS) in oil-and-gas industry •Knowledge of international market of PWS suppliers, contractors and manufacturers •Knowledge of FEA, international customs legislation, legislation for international commerce (preferrable) •Work experience •Organization and carrying out of competitive procedures •Work experience with international contracts. Knowledge of special features in the contracts of ЕРС/ЕРСМ type, sophisticated equipment supplies •Work experience in development and implementation of NMD in procurements area (preferrable) 1. Preparation of applications for the Operator’s divisions and objects with regard to material and technical support: Process equipment, Mechanical and power generating equipment, Transport 2. Maintenance of contractual works. 3. General management, development of the Group employees, organization of Group works in accordance with FS, LB and SR requirements.
