Chief accountant General requirements: English language - (not less than Advanced. Occupational work experience - not less than 5 years. Free user for MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Education (higher): Higher financial and economic education. Qualified for International accounting (ACCA, CPA). Special expertise and skills: • Accounting in oil-and-gas industry, US GAAP and MSFO standards, and their practical use • Corporate standards and procedures • Work experience in SAP/R3, advanced Excel • Organization and supervision of accounting maintenance • Preparation of financial reporting under the international standards Work experience: • Work experience with international oil-and-gas projects • Work experience as Chief accountant 1. Preparation of complete and reliable information of Operator’s activities with regard to financial control and accounting 2. Cost accounting for the oil-and-gas operations 3. Accounting of settlements with counteragents 4. Accounting for taxes, duties and mandatory deductions; calculation of income tax and declaration of income of visiting staff 5. Payroll accounting and timely distribution of salaries and any other payments to the local staff of the Operator. 6. Observation of financial and cashier discipline. 7. Internal financial revisionsOrganizational and methodic management, coordination and monitoring of activities of corporate divisions of the Operator with regard to financial control and accounting
