Station manager - Express product • To plan and implement business strategies and set goals for the Iraq offices based on the company’s plan. • To plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales. • To develop new business opportunities. • Oversee operations and budget. • Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development. • To oversee recruitment, management, training and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law and set their KRAs. • To maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management. • To ensure that all compliances are being followed and are in sync with local governing bodies. Skills Professional experience, knowledge, and key capabilities required: • At least 5 years of total experience in a Operations / Sales / BD / General Management • Strong Knowledge of Courier Industry • IT / Technology Savvy Proven track record in: • In evaluating business issues, resolving problems and successfully obtaining objectives.
