Drupal Website Developer RTI International is looking for an Iraqi Drupal website developer and manager. The website developer and manager will participate in and eventually assume full responsibility for supporting and enhancing a Drupal website providing access to a collection of Iraqi local government laws in Arabic, Kurdish, and English. Fluency in Iraqi Arabic, fluency in Kurdish, and ability to communicate in English are required. Applicants and companies currently located in and registered to business in Iraq are preferred. Other required skills include: Installing and configuring Drupal software and modules; adjusting layout (with CSS and PHP); managing users and site security; routinely monitoring logs; updating Drupal core and contributed modules; managing and monitoring routine site backup; evaluating modules for addition to the site; and training and supporting content managers. Other desired skills include: Programming in PHP; administering MySQL databases; programming through a well-defined API; designing database objects; evaluating existing solutions; applying patches; and collaborating with other developers. Please provide samples of previous similar work and at least three customer references.
