IT Outsourcing Product Technical Support Engineer: Responsibility:  Provide secondary technical support for minicomputer and give technical instructions on frontline engineers. Be responsible for technical service operation in GSM/CDMA BSS Engineering/ Maintenance.  Provide field technical support for minicomputer and disk array.  Improve skills in maintaining minicomputer, give product trainings, and promote the skills. Requirements:  Education: The candidate must hold the bachelor’s degree in computer, communications, or electronics  Experience: over two years’ experience in IT technical service is a prerequisite.  Skills: "Master one of HP-UX, SUN SOLARIS, or IBM AIX and have certain experience on daily maintenance and fault processing of minicomputer. Understand cluster and volume management mechanism of HP-UX, SUN SOLARIS, or IBM AIX; Be familiar with kinds of common minicomputer,including HP,SUN or IBM;"  Language: Excellent written and spoken English.  Others: "A certificate from the previous employer is preferred; the candidate must seek for continuous improvement and have good teamwork spirit, service sense, and communication skills; the candidate shall be able to take frequent business trip."
