Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer (3) Responsibility:  Provide pre-sales technical support to Marketing department and customers.  Responsible for Radio network planning and optimization ,take charge of the accomplishment of Planning and optimization target ;  Be able to Analyze network performance and Solve Network problems ;  Need learning ability, communication skills and flexibility for company organization. Qualification Requirements:  Education: Education: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related majority.  Experience: Have knowledge and more than 3 years experience of GSM /CDMA / Wimax Radio network planning and optimization.  Skills: Familiar with the basic tools like Drive test software, MapInfo software, Microsoft Office etc, be good in communication and presentation  Language Kurdish, Arabic and English.  Others: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic Or Kurdish, Adapt to frequent business trip in Iraq.
