Details:
IBS Engineer Responsibility:  To take charge for the design, construction and implementation of in-building system.  To attend technical site survey and re-survey.  To cooperate with internal team or sub-contractor on CME survey, design, submission, approval, implementation, test & commissioning until acceptance activities.  To provide design input information and requirements to IBS sub-contractor.  To carry out design review with IBS sub-contractor before a full design is completed by contractor.  To check and verify technical proposal prior to submission to customer.  To supervise the distributed antenna system installation, testing and commissioning.  To follow up with sub-contractor on daily and notify progress to Technical Leader.  To carry out site inspection on weekly and ensure quality as customer standard.  To carry out Performance Acceptance Test (PAT) with sub-contractor, ensure any defects and failures are rectified prior to actual PAT with customer.  To compile PAT report and as-built drawings and submit to Technical Leader prior to submission to customer.  To check on the as-built quantity submitted by sub-contractor and ensure quantity site by site. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication.  Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in building solution, include IBS optimization.  Others: Good understanding in GSM network RF domain. Able to plan, organize, control project process and implementation schedule• Able to promote team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal. Able to work well in a fast-paced challenging environment• Able to communicate effectively in English and local.
