Legal Consultant Responsibility: Doing in-house Legal Counsel:  Contract Review  Litigation/Arbitration/Dispute Resolution  Legal Study Requirements:  Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)  Licensed Lawyer.  5 years minimum experience in litigation/Arbitration/Dispute Resolution.  Excellent knowledge on legal systems in Iraq.  Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
