Procurement and Qualification Engineer Responsibility:  Search and qualify suppliers of service and materials for telecommunication projects.  Select suppliers to implement telecommunication project and prepare related documents.  Commercial issues and contract clause, negotiation with suppliers  Manage and evaluate suppliers during project implementation.  Other work related tasks from his manager. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor's Degree and above  Experience: More than 2 years working experience in project management, civil work or telecommunication engineering.  Skills: Excellent English and Arabic command written and spoken. Familiar in using computer mostly used programs and office work. Good communication and negotiation skills. Good ability to learn new knowledge fast. Good project management ability. Good knowledge of telecommunication network or civil work  Others : Honest and active. Who can work at both Basra and Baghdad is better.
