Civil Works Manager Responsibility:  Responsible for all civil as well as mechanical work of BTS, BSC & MSC Sites.  Site selection and acquisition, preparation of engineering drawings, approval of drawings from client  Planning and scheduling the project activities  Attending progress review meetings  Follow up of the sub-contractors,  Monitoring construction supervision of BTS and DG set rooms in all over Pakistan,  Installation and commissioning of Environmental i.e. Air conditioning units, DG sets, and Fire Fighting systems.  Construction, fabrication, erection and commissioning of Monopoles, SS Towers.  Installation of microwave antennas, GSM antennas and associated works etc.  QA&QC for the fabrication of SS Towers, Monopoles, Equipment.  Responsible for Civil Works, work standard to meet the customer requirement.  Recommend approved subcontractors to perform Civil Works services.  Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within CW work groups.  Lead the team of Civil Works Engineer and manage day to day activities of his/her team.  Prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the project manager.  Able to train his/her own team members as well as subcontractors.  Interface with the customer for approving model sites, defining key performance indicators, inspection schedules and updating on project progress.  Manage and control Civil Works subcontractors.  Prepare Site estimates and Bill of quantity.  Ensure quality assurance during Civil Works process. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field of study.  Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Civil Works engineering in telecom environment.  Skills: Good knowledge in GSM/CDMA network engineering.  Language: Able to communicate effectively in English.  Others: Able to work independently in a fast-paced challenging environment.
