Purchase Implementation engineer

Responsibility:
Follow up order and arrange manufacturing according project main plan, and contact with local suppliers, CEG, NRO engineers to arrange shipments, and so on.
 Make manufacturing and delivery plan according to contract terms.
 Collect all kinds of information and communicate with other department staffs to ensure that orders can be fulfilled as plan.
 Arrange shipment plan with site engineer and CW sub-contractor
 Output daily project report and attend project meetings.

Requirements:
 Education: Bachelor degree or above, International Trade Business/Business English/Purchase or related majority.
 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the field of purchase, foreign trade or relevant industry, experience with international telecom vendors is highly preferred.
 Skills: Strong knowledge of order fulfillment. Knowledge of plan and logistic is highly preferred. Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, be good in communication and presentation
 Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, Turkish is highly preferred.
 Work attitude: Commitment, sense of responsibility and have an open mind to learn new knowledge. Self-motivated, actively, hard working.
 Others: Single female is better for this position, and be willing to travel inside Iraq or nearby countries according to company arrangement.
