MS-NOC MANAGER (Managed Services Field Maintenance Manager) Responsibility: Responsible for the end-to-end quality of Managed Services delivery, customer satisfaction and project profit.  Manage the NOC operation including SLA/KPI fulfillment and project issues.  Responsible for the NOC human resources management.  Manage the communication with the customer (e.g. the SLA/KPI fulfillment).  Forecast the resource requirement.  Identify the improvement needs. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor degree or above, in management, EE, telecommunication or computer science.  Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience, Minimum 3 years O&M management experience. Strong network and system knowledge.  Skills: Excellent communication skill, Strong team development and leadership skills  Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, Turkish is highly preferred.  Others: Experience with operator O&M department or other Managed Services organization is a plus.
