MS-FM MANAGER (Managed Services Field Maintenance Manager) Responsibility: Responsible for the end-to-end quality of Field Maintenance delivery service, customer satisfaction and project profit.  Responsible for the Field Maintenance human resources management.  Manage the day-to-day service delivery.  Responsible for the customer communication, cross-organization interfacing and external interface management.  Audit the delivered service of subcontractor and help subcontractor improve the performance.  Periodically report the delivery performance and achievements to O&M director. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor degree or above, in management, EE, telecommunications or computer science.  Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience, Minimum 3 years telecom network field maintenance experience.  Skills: Excellent communication skill, Deep knowledge about local market, Ability to manage the project progress and handle in-depth technical issues, Strong team development and leadership skills.  Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic,  Others: Familiar with Office standard packages (Word, PowerPoint, etc), Experience in Field Maintenance department of operator or Managed Services organization is a plus.
