Water Infrastructure Expert SGI is looking for a Water Infrastructure Expert for an important assignment in the field of water resources planning/management and land use in Iraq. This assignment implies the expert’s long-term presence in the project area (at least a year). Therefore the applicant should be available to spend most of the assigned man-months in Iraq. The applicant’s security will be under SGI’s responsibility. The applicant shall have University degree in engineering, preferably related to water or wastewater, minimum of 10 years experience in the water and wastewater sector, and Team Leader experience in water and sewerage projects. The applicant is expected to have a significant track record in design, programming, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures concerning planning, design, information systems and efficiency improvements of water infrastructure. He/she shall be proficient in English language. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an asset. He/she shall have good interpersonal and written communication skills and full computer proficiency.
