Marketing & Sales Manager Build and maintain customer relations to generate sales and client referrals. • Manage and take ownership of customer relationship from contract signature to product handover. • Prepare and follow up on project offers and tenders. • Respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner. • Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement. • Continuously seek out new business by exploring new Website projects and establishing contacts. • analyze customer needs in order to identify sales opportunities • monitor key customer opportunities • utilize applicable sales tools effectively to monitor sales progress • update market intelligence (assess business potentials within current segmentation, competition, price levels by knowing the competition) • develop long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts. • Track and monitor quotations (volume of offers, won-lost analysis, provide feedback of offers to the Business Units, price-analysis per customer and product, etc.) • assist in the development of the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets Skills • Iraqi citizen • Must have University degree, • Languages: Arabic, English,. • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Graphic design software • Competencies: Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, customer -oriented, able to work under pressure, energetic. • Good communication skills
