Software Service Engineer-Quantity: 3 Responsibility:  Undertake the delivery of technical solution for regional Level II projects independently;  Conduct daily maintenance and routine support  Analyze and solve ordinary technical problems and ensure the quality and punctuality of technical  Support as well as customers’ satisfaction with the service provided  Generate technical case studies and submit to R&D on a regular bass. Qualifications:  Acquire basic knowledge of products of certain type.  Able to complete the implementation of small projects based on service regulations.  Able to solve ordinary equipment problems.  Able to communicate with customers and conduct training on equipment maintenance and operation.  Get the knowledge through the self study and share his knowledge with other engineers. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor degree or above, telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related majority.  Experience: 2 years or (more) as IN/VAS/Billing engineer.  Skills: Master IN/VAS/Billing products, UNIX, Database, and Networking. Familiar with the basic tools like Microsoft Office.  Others: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic or Kurdish. Strong self study ability
