Project Manager Responsibility:  Establishes the project structure, set-up the project team and assigns roles and responsibility and authorities to individuals,  Manage different phases of project and to coordinate project team;  Implement a complex project in terms of multi-product / technology integration to achieve Customer satisfaction and Company profitability;  Allocate and directs the Project team and other resources to perform the project tasks;  Manages the project to achieve the targets of Customer Satisfaction;  Be the single Huawei point of contact (SPOC) towards the Customer in order to manage all stakeholders involved in the project including other Huawei divisions and third parties;  Be responsible for the P&L of the project, and to achieve sales, cash collection, etc. on time;  Manage the progress of the project, regarding contractual commitments inn terms of scope, time and quality;  Escalates any serious issue which cannot be solved at project level to Huawei Management;  Be able to summarize project management experience and produce case study and experience sharing; actively conduct training to project team on project management; develop the project team and subordinate project managers. Requirements:  Education: Holds a qualified Degree in engineering, and a recognized PM accreditation (i.e. PMP, PRINCE 2);  Experience: Have more than 5 years experience in middle-large project with complexity, especially successful experiences in cost and risk management of large projects; Specific experience required in the rollout of large infrastructure projects requiring the co-ordination of vendors, logistics, subcontractors and operational management;  Skills: Technical skills and background in telecom solutions and network integration, have Knowledge of project planning, costs, contracts and project control, including the management of resources;  Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic and Kurdish  Others: Adapt to frequent business trip.
