Terminal-Technical support Engineer: Responsibility:  Perform product testing to achieve requirement by Tel-operator.  Coordinator among operator customization, sales manager and R&D.  Keep in close touch with customer ,provide Technical support and problem solution to customer on Terminal concerned.  Training conducts and implements trouble shooting for faulty device to operator and local agent.  Spare parts management.  Work report output. Requirements:  Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunications, electronic, electrical engineering, or related majority.  Experience: Familiar with Hardware on Circuit, components, IC etc.  Skills: It’s preferable that known of terminal troubleshooting, principle, CDMA theory and related repair tools & equipments.  Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.  Others: Strong teamwork with excellent personal skill.
