Siebel System Analyst (Arabic speaking) Required for Dubai Our CMMI Level client at Dubai seeks following for a 12 months extendable contract for their DIC, Dubai offices. Candidates with good Arabic communication skills only shall be eligible for the position Siebel CRM Consultant Exp Level: Min 4 Years Role: Analyze and design business scenarios for Siebel Call Centre, Opportunities, Marketing and Service Management, e-communications modules. Design a solution for Siebel CRM Call Centre that manage the inbound and outbound calls and map them to the CRM application. Use CRP approach for tracking and documenting To write Siebel Functional Design documents.
