Civil Engineer CONSTRUCTION minimum 7 years experiance and holder of a degree in Civil Engineering. to create BOQ's, work sheduling, price for tendering contract documents,primarily building man camps in southern Iraq. you will be based in Kuwait, will also have knowledge of pre fabricated housing structures and some knowledge of electrical engineering for tendering purposes will be an advantage. you will be an experianced planner and must have experiance in project management software packages ideally already hold a transferable Visa or be of western origin. fluent English speaking is essential.this will be for an immediate start to the right candidate
