Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Scheduler SCOPE U.S. Citizenship required - The VTC Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling executive level VTC conferences. The candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position will require the person to work flexible hours/shifts and possibly provide coverage at a nearby AOR venue. Will also perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • U.S. citizen with valid U.S. Passport • Active SECRET security clearance • Must have at least two years managing and maintaining VTC’s or scheduling VTC conferences. • Knowledge of VTC technology and equipment, and aspects of coordinating VTC type meetings across multiple sites. • Must be an excellent communicator • Demonstrated ability to set up and coordinate multiple bridging and computing data or display problems across locations. • Must meet overseas medical deployment qualifications DESIRED SKILLS • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with short timelines • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations • Ability to maintain high-quality work to manage multiple critical projects • Ability to perform and participate in a team-oriented environment • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of users • Excellent customer service skills and demeanor EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS An Associate’s degree can substitute for 4 years of relevant technical experience.
