KM Web Portal Developer SCOPE U.S. Citizenship required - The Command & Control Systems (C2S) Programs Group is seeking an experienced Web Portal Developer to support the existing United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) Headquarters in Iraq. The position is located at Camp Victory, Iraq. RESPONSIBILITIES The Web Developer will be responsible for analyzing customer’s needs, capturing rough draft requirements documentation and developing web portals based on requirements and the customer’s vision. The candidate will assist in the planning of the information system design, designing the database backend architecture, and creating the input and reporting systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing the .NET web page and custom template design, connecting the SP2007 list and columns to Adobe Flash, creating the list, columns, and views of data. Must be familiar with Microsoft ITIL best practices with SQL 2005, Reporting Services, .net 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005. Will be responsible for other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Valid U.S. Passport • Interim SECRET clearance or higher required • Must have 5 years general and 3 years specialized experience • Must have 2 years C# or Visual Basic web development experience • Must have 2 years ASP.NET development experience • Must have SharePoint 2003 and 2007 experience – Familiar with all Web Parts • Must have SharePoint Designer 2007 experience - Template Design and Layout .aspx • Microsoft Office 2007 – InfoPath, Groove, Excel, Visio, Project • Adobe Photoshop, Flash, and Flash Video Encoder • Must have Visual Studio 2005 experience • Must have SQL 2005 development with Reporting Services experience • Develop and integrate web services • Must be able to work independently or part of a team • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Development • Knowledge of Microsoft TMT Development • Must meet overseas medical deployment qualifications DESIRED SKILLS • J2EE web development • Microsoft Office 2007 Communicator Server • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with short timelines • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations • Ability to maintain high-quality work to manage multiple critical projects • Ability to perform and participate in a team-oriented environment • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of users • Excellent customer service skills and demeanor REQUIRED EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented work experience in a related area.
