Court Administration Change Management Advisor Responsibilities: The Advisor will work with HJC Management and the Court Administration Advisor to develop capacity in change management methodologies. This will include capacity building in areas such as:  Developing a change strategy for managing the reforms throughout the HJC.  Developing an internal and external communication strategy.  Identifying strategies to ensure ownership of the changes taking place within the HJC.  Developing a system for continual reassessment of impact and organizational willingness for the changes proposed. Minimum Qualifications:  An advanced degree in public administration or business administration from a recognized Iraqi university or recognized equivalent degrees from other countries in an accredited institution in other countries.  Five or more years experience in organizational development in a public sector organization, particularly courts.  Experience in organizational conflict management.  Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with committees, staff, and advisors in a manner that contributes to team spirit while accomplishing goals.  Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring.  Proficient with the use of computers (word processing, internet research, email Excel). Preferred Knowledge and Abilities:  Ability to work at times under pressure and within tight deadlines  Fluent in written and spoken Arabic  Experience working with international agencies
