K9 Handler We require for a potential contract in Iraq a US Citizen who is familiar with the US MIL doctrine of training both EDD, Patrol K9s and their respective handlers. He/she must have extensive verifiable background in this discipline and must possess or be eligible for a security clearance. He/she must have the ability to assess K9s for patrol and EDD work and make a sound judgment as to their ability to be certified. If a K9 or handler is not ready for successful certification, the said candidate must have the ability and qualification to generate a training plan and execute it. A US Mil or US Law Enforcement background Is prerequisite.
