Freelance IT Marketing and Sales • Build and maintain customer relations to generate sales and client referrals. • Manage and take ownership of customer relationship from contract signature to product handover. • Prepare and follow up on project offers and tenders. • Respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner. • Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement. • Continuously seek out new business by exploring new Website projects and establishing contacts. Skills • Languages: Arabic, English and French. • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Competencies: Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, customer -oriented, able to work under pressure, energetic.
