Project Manager We need a project manager for a road construction project in North of Iraq. This is a road construction project for the U.S. Army. The candidate is preferred to be U.S. Citizen, past experience in road construction, previously worked in Iraq. He should be able to work in harsh environment. preferred to posses CAC Card.
