Channel Development Manager (Sales Manager)

1. The overall management of the Double A representative office.
• This will include developing the Country Business Plan and a rolling 3 year plan.
• Assist in recruitment of the other staff.
• Submit monthly reports to HQ on sales performance and tracking/evaluation of in market activities.
• Liaise with HQ on marketing activities.
• Be the ultimate custodian of the Double A brand in his country.
• Manage the approved budget.
2. Responsible for sales development and monthly performance.
• Develop business relationship with the distributor, dealers and the trade
channels.
• Increase market share in each channel.
• Maximize Double A market penetration and coverage.
• Develop marketing programs to support our channel partners.
• Effectively implement promotion programs in all channels.
• Effectively manage channel partners’ sales team in terms of training and increasing their effectiveness as salesmen.
• Assist our distributor in direct negotiations with the modern retailers.
3. Responsible for channel development.
• Develop Double A channel initiatives such as Double A Copy Centers, Double A Stationery Shops and Double A Catalogue.
• Identify key dealers and develop stronger working relationship.
