| Media Strategist Media Strategist - Multiple - (Speicher/Tikrit Iraq) Strategic International Services Corporation (SISC) is seeking a public affairs team for in theater (Speicher, Iraq) and stateside support for 25th Infantry Division Public Affairs Office. The team would include a minimum of three (3) Public Affairs/Strategic Communication Specialists (one of which will be an audio/video broadcast specialist) and two Arabic-speaking media monitoring/media analysts/media outreach specialists on-site with the 25th ID in Iraq and a Project Manager/Media Specialist and a Web Manager in a stateside location. Minimum requirements: Public affair specialists are required to be US Citizens, hold and keep current US Secret-level security clearances, be in good health and able to deploy overseas to hostile environments. Location: Public Affairs Operations Center at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Tikrit, Iraq General Duties: Execute the commander’s public affairs program to include producing audiovisual presentations, broadcast materials, editing, preparing and releasing news, media relations in Media Operations Center Qualifications: Deployable civilian; Secret security clearance required. Verifiable experience in producing radio and television presentations, editing and publishing a newspaper and preparing and releasing news and feature items for military publications Detailed Description: Support Command Information Program: • Assist with the layout and production of a six-day per week PDF publication to be distributed to TF Lightning internal audiences. • Assist with the generation, layout and production of a monthly 24-36-page command information magazine to be distributed to internal and external audiences. • Assist with the generation, layout and production of a year end 220 page command information book to be distributed to key personnel and/or available for individual purchase. • Using products pushed up from the brigades and TF Lightning PAO, assist with the acquisition, editing, and dissemination of a weekly video newscast averaging 2 to 5 minutes to be distributed weekly to internal and external audiences. These outlets include Division and brigade home stations, Army news organizations such as the Pentagon Channel, as well as external media organizations identified by TF Lightning PAO. • Using products pushed up from the brigades and TF Lightning PAO; produce a weekly radio newscast averaging 3-4 minutes to be distributed to internal and external audiences. • Produce podcasts and other video products for use on the TF Lightning website as well as stateside installation websites.
