Minimum Requirements:

Five to seven years of human resources generalist experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required. Experience may be substituted for education at the rate of one year of specific experience for one year of college.

Position may require a Security Clearance depending on the location. Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HRIS systems preferred. Reports to and receives direction from the Site Manager, Human Resources Manager or other senior manager.

Working Conditions:

Field office environment, shop or warehouse within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign, in-country facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes.

Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds for short distances. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend and stoop, and have correctable vision.

Those qualified from the interview will be offered positions contingent upon available openings, passing a drug test, passing a criminal background check and passing a physical.

Potential salary of $153,000.00 plus a competitive benefits package to start the day of hire.

Job Description : As a staff member of the Program Management Office, provides human resources generalist support in the areas of employment, benefits, new hire orientation, training, workers' compensation, reporting, records, HR policy, and salary administration. Individual will provide guidance and/or training to Human Resources Generalists and Associates.

Provide a full range of HR Generalist support to specified client group, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, training & development, benefits and employment law. Review and interpret HR Policies and Procedures, makes recommendation to senior management regarding new policies and changes to existing policies, meeting legal requirements and business objectives.

Develop strategies to support the sourcing of applicants. Develop staffing plans in conjunction with management. Conduct exit interviews with all levels of employees and managers (including Directors and VPs) and analyzes turnover trends. Prepare affirmative action and EEO reports.

Facilitate resolution of confidential and highly sensitive employee relations issues by working with senior level management and employees. Handles controversial issues with tact and judgment, taking the employee and manager's side into account. Develop training programs, individually and on teams. Design training activities, write and design training media and evaluation instruments.

Deliver training programs, individually and in teams including presentation, facilitation, and coaching. Evaluate training processes. Prepare analyses on an annual basis, or as needed, to determine the competitiveness of the Company's compensation levels. Prepare position descriptions.

Conduct job evaluations and coordinates approval process. Review performance management system for compliance with Company policy and prepare reports. Counsel employees on benefit plan options and employee eligibility. Assist in the preparation of benefit plan communication.

Maintain benefit records. Process personnel actions into the HRIS system. Assist in HRIS design and system development and enhancements.
Prepare and/or supervise preparation of complex statistical reports and summaries.
