Minimum Requirements :
This is a position with a physical rating of heavy. Minimum of 3 years experience as a receiving clerk with material control/shipping clerk and put-away experience. Performs range of duties in the receipt, stow and issue of material/industrial or maintenance equipment. Ensures items being stowed or shipped meet requirements of Military Standard (MIL STD) 129N. Uses anti-static devices. Receives daily work assignments from Lead position in immediate work site. Ensures compliance with Quality Control/Customer Service Plan, SAMS-1, and/or other guidelines (i.e., Standard Army Retail Supply Systems (SARSS) or ULLS-G) and The Marine Equipment Parts Receivers use the MIMMS program (Marine Corps Integrated Maintenance Management System).

U.S. passport required. Must pass a physical exam due to the harsh living and working conditions. Criminal background and drug screen will be conducted.
Those qualified from the interview will be offered positions contingent upon available openings, passing a drug test, passing a criminal background check and passing a physical.

Working Conditions:
Field office environment, shop or warehouse within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment in a foreign, in-country facility with seasonal temperature extremes.

Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds for short distances. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend and stoop and have correctable vision.

The annual income potential for this position is $86,000+.

Job Description : Employees could support both Marine & Army maintenance missions. Our Equipment Parts Receivers on both sides perform the same basic duties with exception to the automated supply systems.

Use SAMS-1 or MIMMS to process orders. Receive Parts. Coordinate with supervisor when parts come in. Under mentoring of Lead or senior warehouse or material handler personnel, identifies, examines, classifies, accepts, rejects, and disposes of material as per Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) regulations.

Visual examination or use of measuring devices and techniques may be performed under mentoring assistance of senior personnel. Able to use basic processes of inspection/examination procedures for material. Both good and bad parts for cleanliness and defect.

Conduct inventory of on-hand parts. Float parts – Receives or sends out a one for one part (such as an engine) according to the location. Catalogs parts by NSN. Load material on and off of skids, pallets, stands.

Prepare labels as required. Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties. Receives data from and inputs data to Distribution Standard System (DSS)and other automated systems in performance of duties.

Operate Material Handling Equipment MHE)as assigned and hold appropriate license. Count, weigh, record data, apply tags and labels. Crate parts for turn-in. Able to make preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
