Minimum Requirements :
-Requires bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

-Minimum 7 years technical experience in the following:

High voltage engineering construction and systems to perform program and project management duties.

Specific experience with electrical power transmission systems, distribution networks, and substation power and control equipment is required up to and including 400kV systems and equipment.

Experience will include design requirements for low voltage neighborhood network distribution projects, identifying specifications for substations and transmission systems up to and including 33/11kV.

-Must have proven interpersonal skills and must be able to work with all levels of government and contractor personnel.

-Must possess excellent communications skills including ability to prepare and deliver briefings, presentations and prepare various forms of written documents.

-Must be able to obtain a valid drivers license and passport.

-Willingness to live and work in harsh conditions.

Job Description : MUST BE ABLE TO DEPLOY WITHIN 2 TO 4 WEEKS OF RECEIPT OF OFFER. OFFER CONTINGENT UPON FINAL AWARD OF TASK ORDER. THIS PROJECT IS URS/LOUIS BERGER JOINT VENTURE.

Program Manager with electrical distribution and transmission engineering experience to assist (GRS) Electrical Program Management in the performance of the following tasks:

-Review and comment of basic and detailed design submittals to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements (Work shall include all administrative activities necessary to carry out the submittal program.);

-Assist in management of cost and schedule project management and development of work-around plans and actions (Cost reports shall be developed as directed by the Program Manager, both as to form and schedule.);

-Participate in the planning for and the actual start-up and commissioning testing and validation (Work shall include review of test procedures and commissioning results.);

-Ensure satisfactory development and turnover of all operation manuals and "as-built" drawings. Review such for technical completeness and compliance with specifications and standards.

-Will advise and assist the Corp Of Engineers' for electrical distribution and transmission engineering for (GRS) projects on all aspects of project management from conception through closeout.

-Conduct factory visits for inspections to confirm progress and witness final inspection tests shall be accomplished as directed by the (GRS) Program Manager.

-Work at the discretion of the Program Manager may include a review of system requirements and preparation of Scopes of Work and Estimates for new projects.

-Will prepare weekly and monthly reports on projects for the (GRS) Program Manager as required and will be required to collect data and as necessary perform appropriate analysis. Form and content of reports and data analysis shall be as directed by appropriate supervisory government personnel.

Other duties as needed.
