| Tool Room Attendant Minimum Requirements : This is a position with a physical rating of heavy. Must have a minimum of Three (3) years experience in receiving, storing and issuing tools and parts. Experience in Army MOS 92-Y. All branches of service are encouraged to apply. Civilian candidates with over five (5) years similar experience are encouraged to apply U.S. passport required. Must pass a physical exam due to the harsh living and working conditions. Criminal background and drug screen will be conducted. Those qualified from the interview will be offered positions contingent upon available openings, passing a drug test, passing a criminal background check and passing a physical. The annual income potential for this position is $80,000+. Job Description : Works in a tool and parts room, receiving, storing and issuing tools and parts. Receives items by checking numbers and names on labels of incoming items and matching this information with receiving documents. Tags and stores or bins items according to a prearranged location. Issues items, selecting the proper tool or part by matching names, models, or part numbers with similar specific information at stock location. Posts from issue and turn-in forms to stock records such entries as issue and turn-in dates, item names, and stock or part numbers. Counts items in bins and other locations during inventory of stock on hand and gives the information to supervisory or supply personnel. May make such repairs as replacing wood handles on handsaws, changing blades on power saws, and greasing and oiling hand or power tools. Working Conditions: Extreme danger, stress, physical hardships and possible field living conditions associated with this position within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign, in-country facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes. Ability to cope with shared cafeteria, bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to walk, kneel, bend and stoop, and have correctable vision. Supervised by the Site Manager or senior Human Resources personnel.
