Country Development Manager

• Implementation of marketing plans.
• Responsible for growing & expanding Double A brand and business & other products lines/categories in country assignment.
• Coordinate with distributor to implement the local marketing plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing plans.
• Propose improvement to marketing plans.
• Identify opportunities to build DA business portfolio.
• Regular market visit in country assignment and maintain customer contact.
• Prepares regular customer business plan with HQ and have prepare monthly business reviews with customer

• CDE is report to CEO of each cluster following Organization Chart.
• Able to build and grow distribution penetration in each trade channels.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for each trade channel esp corporate resellers, stationery shops, catalog sellers, modern trade and copy centers.
• Monitor competitor price, trade margin and marketing activities.
• Ensure effective product visibility are attained in stationery shops and modern trade.
• Establish distributors by cities and by channel focus.
• Work closely with distributors on monthly orders and shipments plus daily sellout and stock holdings.

Profile of Incumbent:
• Primary Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related file. Post graduate Degree in Marketing will be an advantage
• Not over 30 years [ Male or Female ]
• Should be at least 4 years.
• Local person requirement.

• Highly adaptable and flexible to be able to work people from HQ and across different cultures and origins.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to travel to across country as assignment.
• A good listener and communicator, both orally and written, to all levels, internally and externally.
• Can manage work pressure well, matured and seek challenges
• A good understanding of FMCG marketing strategies from a business perspective.

Language Requirements:
• English-Excellent

• Possess own transport
• Some internal and overseas travel required
• Driving license is must and own car would be advantage ,
• Able to relocate in Thailand and any country as assigned for a period of time.
