• Oversees the management of and is responsible for the performance Sales, Customer care, Call Center, Marketing and Technical departments.
• Plans, examines, analyzes and evaluates department operations
• Prepares periodic reports and records for management review
• Evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing department activities and functions
• Identifies and resolves operational problems - develops and implements alternative methods for work improvement
• Coordinates department activities with interrelated activities of other departments for optimum efficiency and economy
• Directs and coordinates through subordinate personnel - department activities and functions, utilizing knowledge of established policies, procedures and practices
• Oversees and Monitors through departmental managers personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and disciplinary or dismissal measures
• Gives work directives, resolves problems and sets deadlines to ensure completion of department operational functions
• Formulates, interprets and disseminates policy to workers and evaluates employee performance
• Conducts regular meetings with Operations team and CEO.
• Assists with and coordinates the planning and opening of new facilities
