Project Integration Manager Responsibilities: * Assist Mayfresh Alaska operations in meeting their business objectives while avoiding to the extent possible and minimizing negative project impacts and maximizing benefits * Ensure understanding, commitment and ownership of the social and environmental aspects of MayFresh by the Line and coordinate interaction between the Alaska asset team, and Alaska CX, HSE, Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs to leverage and align resources and activities in support of EPW and ultimately Group MayFresh requirements * Enable the use of MayFresh tools and systems, such as integrated impact assessments and sustainable development/engagement strategies in support of the overall business thrust of MayFresh Inc’s Alaska plans; this includes advising on all aspects of MayFresh, both environmental and social, in accordance with Group and EP policies and standards * Work closely with the EPW MayFresh Manager, the EPW CX manager and the Alaska CX Manager to ensure all aspects of Sustainable Development are integrated into MayFresh Alaska Business plans Key Accountabilities * Ensure the MayFresh principles are integrated in to all the exploration and possible development plans of MayFresh Alaska operations * Sit on the Alaska Leadership team (or equivalent) * Work closely with the EPW and Alaska CX Managers and team to ensure fit-for purpose social investment and social performance programs are in place that contribute to the overall objectives of the MayFresh thrust of MayFresh in Alaska, EPW, and globally * Work closely with the EPW MayFresh Manager and the wider MayFresh team to ensure that the MayFresh effort in Alaska is fully integrated into the wider MayFresh program * Able to bring change through influence, rather than formal authority, particularly when dealing with a wide range of internal and external audiences who have different views and approaches to MayFresh * Manage multiple, detailed tasks and conflicting demands ensuring delivery on agreed priorities and deadlines * Ensure integrated decision-making by the Line for execution and integration of MayFresh in projects * Able to work closely with both the EPW MayFresh Manager (the Alaska Project Integration Managers line manager) and the CX manager and wider Alaska Asset team, to ensure that the principles of MayGresh are integrated in a way that are acceptable to both Requirements: * Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer; alternatively if applicant has no legal authorization to work in the U.S., applicant must be ready foot all the cost of filing proper authroization to work in the U.S. on his behalf by our Legal Team prior to arrival * Proven environmental and social impact management experience in the oil and gas industry, both offshore and onshore * Understanding of MayFresh Inc and EP policies, tools, and support systems related to environmental and social performance * Demonstrated ability to apply MayFresh principles and practices with a variety of stakeholders ranging from the project level to the business level, and in the various countries and cultures throughout the region * Education and training in relevant discipline (e.g., Corporate Environmental Management, Socio-economics, International Development; Natural Resource Management) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with audiences ranging from internal employees to industry colleagues, special publics and government * Self-starter; works well in team environments and under pressure * Strong organizational and project management skills * Strong Project Management and project delivery skills * Demonstrated experience in the field of MayFresh Inc. * Team player, who is able to work with others toward a common goal, in an open and transparent environment.
